We can debrief all the tools above, as well as create bespoke 360’s for organisations. We create coaching programmes that include any of the above tools, usually as the starting point for the coaching journey.

We also coach clients, who have received feedback from one of the tools above. For example, we coach off the back of LSI debriefs for one of our clients to help individuals understand their results and have an action plan for change. So we can create a coaching journey which incorporates the feedback or helps people use their feedback to positive effect.
